Extraction of Infected Lower Right Third Molar

Chief Complaint: Pain and discomfort in the lower right region with facial swelling.

History: Patient presented with pain and facial swelling due to infection related to the lower right third molar.

Diagnosis: Partially impacted lower right third molar associated with acute infection.

Treatment: Initially prescribed antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medication to control infection. After 4 days, the lower right third molar was extracted under local anesthesia without complications.

Outcome: Patient experienced significant relief from pain and discomfort following extraction.
